2024 Practice Schedule

Practice begins March 11th.

Practice Times:

Tuesdays/Thursdays - 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Where: Middle TN FRECO Arena  

6310 Wade Springs Rd. Murfreesboro TN 37130 

What to Bring: Wrestling Shoes (Put them on after you have gotten to practice.), Water Bottle, Sweatshirt to wear after practice to keep warm. 

Please do not step on the mat unless you have wrestling shoes on.
